The group is organized under two sister firms, CSched USA and CSched Canada. CSched USA was established as MetroKinetics, Inc. in November of 2005 and began doing business under the name of CSched USA in 2010. CSched Canada was established as Courval Scheduling Inc. in January of 2008 and began doing business under the name of CSched Canada in 2010.

Mr. Courval is a HASTUS expert who has used the software to solve a diverse variety of scheduling challenges that range from modeling intricate European work rules to improving the efficiency through very simple scheduling solutions and through incremental adjustments to the scheduling software. Endeavouring to apply his HASTUS expertise to ongoing production work at agencies, Mr. Courval began consulting in 2003.

Sophie Frigon, Vice-President
Ms. Frigon is an HASTUS expert on the daily side of the software. She acquired this expertise during her seven-year career at GIRO Inc., the software vendor, where she worked in the development and implementation team of the “daily” modules. Ms. Frigon worked with many transit agencies in Europe, Australia and North America to standardize and automate their assignment of work utilizing the HASTUS software.
